How will my order help children in need and endangered bee populations?
Alex’s lullaby company started as a means for helping vulnerable children. Therefore, for every onesie purchased $2 will be donated to Save the Children foundation to sustain their efforts in providing health, education and protection programs, emergency respond, and child sponsorship for millions of children, in US and other countries around the world. In addition, Alex’s lullaby created The Honey Bee Collection to raise awareness and promote bee research, along with Cornell University, a national leader in pollinator research and education, and Project Honey Bees.
Despite their critical importance for agriculture, beekeepers are experiencing excessive colony losses in recent years. Cornell CALS is dedicated to understanding the stressors contributing to colony declines and developing creative solutions to protect honeybees. Read more about their research project here.
What packaging do you use?

We proudly use only EcoEnclose products because they offer the world's most sustainable packaging - recycled, recyclable and naturally biodegradable packaging. Plastic-free, 100% recycled mailer, strong and compostable!
To ensure that your onesie is received in the best shape we pack the onesie in a glassine bag, resistant to humidity, atmospheric moisture, and dust while maintaining breathability. This glassine bag is an ideal alternative to single-use plastic poly bags because is 100% FSC certified virgin paper, no silicone or poly additives or coating, is curbside recyclable, naturally biodegradable and acid free. What are the onesies made of?
Alex’s Lullaby customizes organic cotton onesies, purchased from Honest Baby Clothing. We use Honest Baby because their products are produced with organic cotton and are 100% GOTS certified, made without the use of synthetic pesticides, are non-toxic and PVC free, made without heavy metal and phthalate dyes, and are made in sustainable manufacturing facilities. This means Honest Baby products meet the very highest environmental standards and have less of a harmful impact on the planet. What is the GOTS certification?
GOTS is the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). GOTS is the leading world-wide standard that ensures no harmful synthetic chemicals are used to grow and process cotton and textiles.

Can you make a custom order for me?
We would love to! Please write us an email at contact@alexslullaby.com with the details. Also include any relevant photos that help explaining your idea. We will do our best to make it come to life in the shortest time possible!
What forms of payment can I choose from?
We offer multiple payment methods. We accept payments from leading debit/credit card brands, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Eletron and Maestro), Apple Pay and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We know how excited you are about your order so we'll do our best to get the package ready to ship in as fast as one day after the order is placed! Due to unexpected situations or supply shortage, processing times may take up to 3 days. Please note that if you placed an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We use USPS, First-Class Mail - Estimated delivery: 3 - 4 business days.
Our website offers USPS real-time shipping rates estimator. Rates are based on package weight and dimensions and shipping addresses. As this is just a close estimate, please note that at check out, the price might slightly vary.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US States (APO/FPO/DPO addresses), including Hawaii ( We are based in Oahu, HI, actually). Unfortunately, we do not ship to any non-continental US territories. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process, if applicable.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders totaling $45 or more. All shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process. Order totals are calculated after all sales or promotions are applied and include all sales tax & handling charges.
How do I track my order?

When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged the moment you place an order.
All prices are listed in USD and any applicable taxes will be detailed in your order.
Can I cancel/change my order after placing an order?
Please contact the Customer Service by chat or email contact@alexslullaby.com within an hour of placing the order, for getting help with canceling the order or changing the shipping address. Within an hour we start processing and preparing your order, therefore we will be unable to make any changes.
Error message at check out
You may receive an error message if you have not completed a mandatory field, or the billing info entered is not the same as the info your bank has on file.
What is the return policy?
We gladly accept returns on all items that are unused, unwashed, have the original tags and packaging, within 30 days of when the original order was placed.
